Sayuri & Kory ~ Seattle Engagement

SONY DSC

Sayuri & Kory wanted part of their engagement session to tell the story of how Kory proposed to Sayuri.  They met while going to school at UW, both love to play tennis and both were in the school of engineering and had many classes together.

Anyway, to the engagement session!  Deep in his pocket he had a tennis ball with a small slit where he slipped an engagement ring for Sayuri.  As they were walking he stooped down and picked up a ball he ‘found’, as Sayuri inspected the ball she saw the slit and declared it unworthy and attempted to throw it to the ocean!  Yikes!  The ball and the ring were saved, and both were used in their engagement portraits.  It’s always fun to hear about the proposal and this time we were able to help re-create the event.

Congratulation Kory & Sayuri, we wish you the best!
