Liz & Alex l Our Story:

Tell us how you first met?  Who, what, when, where, why?  Inquiring minds want to know!

Frist date on Jan 12, 2008, thanks to E-Harmony.  Second date Jan 13th, third date on Jan 14th and the rest is history!!

When did you know he/she was the one?  Was there something he/she did?

Love at first for Alex, I was little more cautious with the ‘L’ word.

Tell us about the proposal.  Example:  Did you see it coming?   How long was it in the planning>  How did you feel?

Alex proposed on September 2012m casually after dinner at home.  I knew it was coming eventually but still was quite a shock.  I should have known because HE made dinner!! (not typical)

Tell us one thing you love most about each other,

Alex is just a good man, plain and simple.

If you feel comfortable, share with us something silly or quirkly about the other person:

Alex will hold my hand in public, but not in our own backyard.  LOL!

Besides getting married, what the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?

Sunshine, champagne, celebration, and the joining of two great families.

What’s your favorite trend for weddings right now?

Two in one wedding dresses, a short and long version.   So practical!  I have one. =)

What inspired your wedding décor or theme?

Simplicity.

What’s one thing you wish you could have known earlier in regards to wedding planning?

It’s hard to achieve simplicity when planning a wedding!

Thank-you Liz & Alex for including us on your intimate and beautiful wedding.

Ashley & Caleb ~ Homecoming!

Ashley is our wonderful hair & makeup artist who comes to our studio for glamour, boudoir and senior sessions as needed.  And each time we would hear about her husband Caleb and how much she missed him, how grateful she was to have him as her husband, and more.  When it was time for his homecoming she asked if we could photograph the event.  How could I say no to someone who has treated our customers so wonderfully and made each and everyone of them feel beautiful?  It was an honor to photograph this homecoming and any homecoming …. even if I have to rely on auto focus because I’m teary eyed too.  I’ve never had a dry eye at any of the military homecomings yet.

To those who serve and to their families …. THANK-YOU!   If you are getting ready to welcome your soldier home, give us a call about covering your homecoming event.
