This past summer we had the joy and pleasure of photographing Joey & Kasie’s wedding at Rock Creek Gardens in Puyallup. I must admit, I was looking forward to their wedding. We had photographed their engagement session which gave us the perfect opportunity to get to know them and then before the wedding, we also had the opportunity to photograph each of their families. So when it was time for the wedding, we felt as if we knew them and their families.
The wedding day started out beautifully, then just before the ceremony it suddenly started to rain. Luckily the rain was brief, and everything continued as planned and even on time! Their wedding coordinator was quickly drying chairs for the guests so everyone had dry seats. No more rain, just a beautiful day and a beautiful fun wedding.

When Hannah approached me about the idea she had for her anniversary - Christmas card photo, I waited impatiently for the powdered paint to arrive from India so we could get this show on the road!
With love and joy in their hearts Levi & Hannah were ready to do a colorful ‘battle’. I’m still not sure who had the most fun, the two of them with powdered paint flying all over creating them into a tie-dyed canvas or me behind my camera laughing as I see the scene below unfold in front of me.
Thank-you for allowing us to be your photographer for the anniversary/Christmas card photo shoot. I’m ready to do it again!! Any takers?

Yes it’s true, Dawn & Mike have a growing family with addition of their fur baby. Due to Mike’s ship being out of port and scheduling we actually had to wait a few months after their adoption to get the portraits at Fort Steilacoom Park in Lakewood.
And to answer the question we know you want to ask: Yes, we LOVE working with furry family members!
