We didn’t get to meet Brittney or Josef prior to their wedding at the Aerie Ballroom in Centralia as both have been living in a state that has ‘real’ summers, AKA Arizona. I believe the love and friendship of family and friends kept them warm with our cooler climate – or so I like to think anyway.
Josef & Brittney didn’t want to see each other before their wedding ceremony. A few informal group shots were taken in their separate areas of the ballroom or for Brittney in the dressing room.
I always love this moment right before the dad walks his ‘little princess’ who has grown before his eyes into this beautiful young woman on her wedding day.
“Wait a second, you didn’t tell me people would be watching me!”
This wasn’t what the flower girl signed up for after all. You never know what the little ones will do but, you can always count on some memorable moment. She did great the rest of the day.
After the ceremony we walked to a nearby park for their portraits and a bit of fresh air.
