A Bounty of Color

I had every intention to post a blog entry this weekend, I also had every intention of having a kick back, totally relaxed weekend!  None of that happened.  It was non-stop all weekend and now I’m ready for my day off – not that it’s happening today either. 
This photo was taken at wedding we photographed at Thornwood Castle.  The colorful flowers were placed in various locations of the castle.  With the soft lighting, dark woods, the colors and textures of the flowers it just helped to create a very warm and inviting look.

This week I’ll be digging through some old blog entries for our ‘Image of the Day’ series.  The reason for doing this is because we just updated our computers (new) and have no photos on here yet!  I guess that means I’ll have to get the external hard drive out in the next few days.
Ernie and Joycelyn had a small ceremony at Thornwood Castle in 2007.
