As shocking as it is, I’m posting Rebecca’s three month portrait session as we are scheduling her SIX month old portrait session.  We are looking forward to seeing how much she’s grown and changed in those three short months, so much growth in such a short time!

Myra & Jeremiah - Expecting!

                                          


Congratulations to Myra & Jeremiah who are expecting 'Baby Mango' any day now!  We are eagerly looking forward to photographing 'Mango' once born.  They opted to not find out the sex of the baby and have been affectionately calling the baby "Mango" which I just adore.  When I was pregnant I also opted to not know the sex until my children were born.   Which I suppose is a good thing because I learned later they would have told me that my youngest was a girl and well, he's ALL boy!   Anyway, here I sit impatiently waiting for 'Mango' to come so we can photograph another adorable newborn - such FUN!

Newborn Portrait Photography ~ Rebecca

Yep, we got to photograph another newborn girl!  It’s not all boys after all, whew.  We were told Rebecca was being stubborn and not sleeping during the day.   She was awake for the most part and really fought sleep.  It was as we were packing up to leave that she finally totally crashed!  

We will be following Rebecca during her first year, visiting her every 3 months with the ‘As Baby Grows’ package.  I can’t wait to see this precious girl again.   Gotta love this “job”!

Puyallup Portrait Photography ~ Aurora

We have been photographing Aurora since she was 3 months old and this fall she turned two.  It’s so fun watching her grow and develop over the past two years.  She’s spunky, lovable and completely adorable!  As you can see from the last photos, she not only goes in with gusto when it comes to hugs, she seems to approach life the same way.   I think we all could learn from the children in our lives.

Newborn - Silas

Meet 9 day young Silas!  He was the center of attention with mom, dad and grandma all being charmed and delighted by him.   And look at him, how can you NOT be charmed by him? 

One thing we quickly learned about Silas was the fact that he preferred to have clothes on or to be wrapped in blankets.   It’s much easier to work with their likes then trying to get a photograph what makes baby cranky!   For such a little one, they sure have a lot of control on the session. =)


               
  Both mom and dad work for Nintendo – so naturally we had to add baby Mario.


    
 The driftwood hammock is a new prop that my husband, Sonny made for the newborn sessions.



For newborn sessions we encourage that parents plans on having the session done within the first 10 days of birth, because they sleep more and are easier to pose for their portraits.

We will come to the baby’s home, photograph the newborn in their warm safe environment.  The parents will receive a CD with the images along with printing rights.

Baby 'A' [Tacoma Baby Portrait Photographer]

Sonny and I once again went to visit one of the sweetest baby girls around, baby 'A'. This time it was for her 6 month portrait session which is part of our 'As Baby Grows' package.


Even though this is 'As Baby Grows" portrait session, mom and dad are very much a part of babies growth and development and we like to include parents in some of the portraits. =)


Isn't she a ray of sunshine in the photo? Love that smile!
